Bill Frederick Park offers outdoor environmental education opportunities! Become immersed in nature, participate in a scheduled environmental program, and eat among the trees. Themes are adaptable to your group. Examples include Lake Life exploration, Native Plant tours or Animal Life cycles.
We are always looking for partners to help create a cleaner, more beautiful city. Volunteers help us collect trash and litter in our neighborhoods, parks, recreational areas and waterways. Community cleanups also help restore damaged habitats - enhancing the quality of life for those who live or work nearby while making an impact on our environment!
